Maintenance Mechanic
Job Requirement:
1. Experience/background: 3-5 years experiences in continuous production line
2. Qualifications: High school or diploma with more than 10 years experience
3. Skill/Competencies Required
•Good knowledge of Mechanical Engineering
•Ability to organize groups of people and systems.
•Good communication & leadership skills.
•Analytical / problem solving aptitude
•Able to proactively drive for continues improvement.
•Understand and implement ISO quality system
•Having teamwork spirit.
•Responsible and able to work with under pressure.
•Able to work without any supervise and target oriented
Job Description:
- Work with due care & considerations to safeguard our health, safety & environment related to our activities, complying with related safety company regulations.
- Adheres to all Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) regulations and implements all necessary measures for work, health, and environmental protection within the range of responsibility
- 5S driven and ensure to have extremely clean environment (housekeeping) of inspection and maintenance area at all time.
- Define and propose to Maintenance Engineer the corrective and or improvement action plans to improve overall machine efficiency (T5M).
- Prepare and Execute PM task to achieve the best equipment performance.
- Execute to accomplish equipment breakdown and annual maintenance.
- Available for any production call for help during off office hour.
- Execute the requirements ISO 9001 Quality Management System compliance.
