Job Requirement:
1. Experience/background
• Experienced in Building Material.
2. Qualifications
• S1 degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or Industrial Science.
3. Skill/Competencies Required
• Ability to organize groups of people and systems.
• Good communication & leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze technical problems, de-bottleneck process and troubleshoot problems.
• Able to proactively drive for continues improvement.
• Good understanding of the ISO system and LEAN manufacturing
• Good level of computer literacy.
• Familiar use of English Language (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
• Able to proactively drive for continues improvement.
Job Description:
• Adheres to all Health Safety and Environmental (HSE)
• Analyze, improvement and optimization on process parameters in production line for main criteria of business concerned.
• Production cost reduction – Recipe optimization, dry weight reduction, water loss reduction, and
additives consumption reduction, new potential suppliers process trials in production line and
validation.
• Product quality – improvement and consistency in process control
• Process performance harmonization – process audit, process capability improvement, standard
deviation control, best practices and benchmarking
• Report and document internal know-how for transferring benchmarking
