Sales Project Manager (for Jabodetabek, especially Banten Area)
Job Requirement:
1) Preferably: associate degree or bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design or civil
engineering or a related field
2) Proven experience in sales, preferably within the building materials or construction industry.
3) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
4) Strong understanding of construction processes and building materials.
5) Excellent in technical knowledge, communication and negotiation skills.
6) Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
7) Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
8) Preferably domiciled in the Banten area
Job description:
1. Focus on assigned strategic area to build sales plan & account plan
2. Understand assigned Jakarta, especially Banten area market by surveying and approaching the
projects and customers, construction government/ private division, local construction network
and dealers and local applicators.
3. Build strong & maintenance relationship with key customers, business partners at senior level to
win more projects.
4. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure
seamless project execution.
5. Maintain the close relationship to Developer/ Owner, Contractors, Applicators & Depo to secure
their loyal and extending the relationship that are capable to provide total quality solutions(ceiling
& drywall system) to customer
6. Able to offer the right value solutions to key customers to win key projects by all Knauf solutions.
7. Have good technical knowledge and commercial negotiation skills
8. Read and understand the detailed performance specification to meet standards or requirements
9. Consistently applied project selection methodology to align with the appropriate projects and
contractors for dry wall penetration.
10. Provide the product/ system solutions both their strong points and weak points to point out them
to customers aim to increase the company value solutions.
11. Set up sales plan for area: define the right approach and right solution main focus in winning
manufacturer products
12. Regularly visiting key strategic customers under assigned authority to promote products and
systems of company
13. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure
seamless project execution.
