Safety Manager (Based in Cilegon)
Responsibilities:
- HSE Management Systems:
- Develop, maintain, and promote the implementation of project-specific HSE systems.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations across locations.
- Training and Awareness:
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs for project personnel.
- Risk and Compliance:
- Conduct risk assessments, compliance evaluations, inspections, and audits.
- Lead initiatives to minimize risks and prevent incidents.
- Leadership and Oversight:
- Oversee and implement the company’s safety programs across all operations.
- Foster a culture of safety, safeguarding the health and well-being of employees, contractors, and visitors.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Certified Ahli K3 Umum.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the building materials or related industry.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Safety Manager.
- Technical Skills:
- Proven experience in managing HSE teams in manufacturing environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literate and fluent in English.
- Personal Attributes:
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Initiative, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to undertake field duties for extended periods.
