Maintenance Manager - Cilegon Plant

Location: Cilegon Plant

Responsibilities:

  • Lead plant maintenance (preventive, predictive, breakdown repairs).
  • Manage capital projects to enhance quality and address HSE issues.
  • Develop and oversee maintenance strategies and spare parts inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives (energy efficiency, CO2 reduction).
  • Collaborate with HR for team development and succession planning.
  • Continuously improve systems, processes, and workplace standards.

Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, advanced certifications in maintenance/reliability management.
    • Experience: 5+ years as a Maintenance Manager, 10+ years in manufacturing maintenance (preferably plasterboard, cement, or similar industries).
    • Technical Skills: Expertise in preventive/predictive maintenance, mechanical/electrical systems, automation, PLCs, SCADA.
    • Management Skills: Team leadership, budget management, and HSE compliance.
    • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication.
