Objectives:

Responsible for the achievement of project targets in assigned project. This entails collaboration to internal team & customer: project owner, main contractor, applicator, distributor & internal team to ensure maximum product distribution and according to recommendations.

Requirements

• Associate degree or bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design or civil engineering or a related field
• Experience on Sales Project at least 2 years.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the building materials or construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is advantage
• Strong understanding of construction processes and building materials.
• Excellent in technical knowledge, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Have strong communication, analytical skill & leadership.
• Can Prepare Proposal for Project and Presentation (preferable in Plasterboard Business)
• Preferable have vehicles and have driving license A
