Responsibilities
- Check and submit the Trade Promo Program participant registration form.
- Matching JayaSTAR data with the form (name, address) *requires more time and accuracy.
- Collecting and checking audit samples from distributors (scanning the program winner's sample road letter).
- Preparation of Trade Promo Program winner letter.
- Collection of complete winning documents (KTP/NPWP).
- Monitoring of prize delivery from distributors to stores.
- Creation of scheme letter, promo, CB realization.
- Classifying Knauf brand wholesaler/retailer road letters according to the form from the distributor.
- Inputting PSL (project) price quotes to SAP system.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma degree.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Fluent both in written and spoken English is preferable.
- Good interpersonal skills & communication skills.
- Positive word attitude and used to work under pressure.
- Hardworking, detail oriented, honest and responsible.
